      Pros

      Competitive salary and bonuses. Comprehensive sport activities. Good place for growing up as a specialist.

      Cons

      Don't like the corporate health insurance for new employees (<2 years). I often stay late for working, but I think this is only my initiative.. The food in the office eatery is terrible.

      Very fast business processes (critical process are weell-documented) Excelent level of expertise on key positions Good salaries and all sberbank benefit (including educational programms) are available as for each for subsidary

      Cons

      Data is not well managed and require stong optimization even before it can be used in modeling or machine learning Area of development for analytics experts is not wide due to slow development of data analysis function
