Pros
Awesome office. It has a lot of entertainment to distract yourself from work for some time. Great and quite cheap food, Starbucks, Gelato ice cream and milk shakes. It is impossible to be late for work. Day starts when you come. It is not necessary to work 8 hours as long as you are efficient employee.
Cons
Some projects are deep swamp. They start without business process and then they are being refactored for infinite. And you can end up in a lot of code, which is for different business tasks and can not work with another code, but has to. If you start on small position, it is really hard to grow event if you are super talented. I recommend to study a little bit more and then sell yourself for bigger price.
