Excellent salaries and annual bonuses are a great benefit for employees. A good team is also a plus, although that depends on your luck. Due to the high number of employees, there may be some tasks that are not enough for everyone. However, this can be seen as a positive thing, as it means that you can do nothing and still get paid.

Cons

There are few really interesting projects (in my opinion), too many managers who don't do anything. There was an absolutely flawed dismissal process that no one had warned about in advance.

Considering my team only, I have fairly young colleagues (average age ~25). Big company, there are many workers if u need support with sth. Old company, there are established communities and developed infrastructure In my team, it is easy to grow (in salary), the system is pretty transparent, you grow 30% with each grade with an exception for transition on higher grades like 12+

Cons

If you work with sensitive data (most of the data in our bank is sensitive) you have to work from the office. I work on hybrid, some work i can do remotely Rigid infrastructure. The bank is really big and to get sth done you have to pass through 10 stages of approvement from many people, even to download pycharm for example. The use of outlook, it seems outdated to me Tech equipment is sberbooks (our laptops), it is much worse than my macbook to work from The office is kinda mid, there are some green elements and differences between floor (like one floor is dedicated to a planet), but mostly boring. Awful medical support, you can barely treat a cavity with it. Low amounts of snacks!!!!!
