Pros

One of the largest banks in the world, Russian market leader, so the projects are challenging and interesting. Good educational programmes, lot of opportunities to get new knowledge and skills both at the company and at the external trainings providers.

Cons

High bureaucracy, not always efficient in problem solving, not all managers/supervisors are competent and skilled enough for their positions.
