      - constant, contra-productive influence from Russia - high fluctuation, every other year a new CEO, surrounded by weak management - no strategy, but chaos on priorities - majority of employees are looking to leave...

      Pros

      Relatively good salary, nice benefits (transportation ticket,various discounts,vouchers etc), international environment, there is an opportunity to work with many modern tools.

      Cons

      Frequent changes in many management layers, frequent changes of priorities and projects, which leaves an expression there is no long term strategy in some areas, but decisions are rather made on ad hoc basis. Not much training posibilities.
