      Nice place to work, but very nervous

      Pros

      Great place to start. Excellent experience for Banking, specifially in Payment Cards. Many interesting IT projects. Good salaries and bonuses.

      Cons

      Enourmous amount of work. Some of the projects were only aimed to fill Head's KPI. Bad work atmosphere, many of the collegues are selfish.

      Stable company with great culture and various career capabilities. Good salary and benefits, smart people (in head office).

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, especially when approving internal documents. Problems in branches - people don't no what to do.
