      provide with basic trainings, two of it at starting position

      Cons

      Over managed, too much requirements that have no influence on job performance but consume a lot of time, new working standards are issued once at 1-2 month - confuses employees, loss of time, no real influence on job performance employees are usually forced to fulfil other role employees duties
