The biggest bank in Russia which currently implements modern strategies for transformation its functions. Top management is committed to innovations, introduces lean production and is trying to use the potential of employees. You have a chance to make a career as a result of the changes that are underway in the bank. It strives to be an attractive employer, but the recruitment process is too long. To big to fail.

Cons

Too big to change fast. Still the quality of staff and the performance is poor. High level of bureaucracy leads to the fact that a lot of time spent on coordination of solutions with all stakeholders.
