Recognizable brand, white salary, good compensation. Good career opportunities, friendly environment.

Cons

Overstaffed, lack of interaction between departments. Weak corporate culture, but this depends on the department and the personality of your boss. You rduties are not exactly prescribed. It may happen that you will need to do the work of other's department because of their low qualiffications. The CEO mood changes spontaneusely together with his vision, which can make your work useless.

Great leaders on the top with great vision and active position. Fast changing environment gives you many opportunities to find out what's your best and growth in it. There is growing international business which also means opportunities outside Russia.

Cons

Hard culture, especially for freshers - there is almost no support and you should be already very mature professionally as well as personally if you want to go up. Lack of professional mid-level managers, huge gap between top and middle management vision and styles.
