Great Culture, Benefits and Mission

Pros

Great interaction with different functions, large network and plentiful opportunities if you are on the right team and business.

Cons

Depending on your BU it can be hard to get promoted. Don’t get much push from managers to explore new roles. If you are good in your role they want to keep you there. I’m sure this is not the same for every team however.

Pros

- Entrusted with tasks and encouraged to improve existing processes - Significant exposure to upper management - Many learning opportunities and cross-team interactions - For the most part, the finance team has some quality people - Good work/life balance - Good benefits

Cons

- Can be overwhelmingly big and takes time to understand all the process flows - Some senior analysts can be tricky to work with, i.e. they either like you and things are great or they don't and make life hard (I had both experiences) - It's both a pro & con, but there is a lot of internal movement between teams; one day you're working with someone and the next you find out they moved to a different team and you're now working with someone else. That's good for exposure and creating a dynamic culture that doesn't get boring, but can be tricky as well
