Pros

Flexibility to work from home, Great benefits package, Good work/life balance.

Cons

Depending on your department placement, it could feel at times that you were unfairly pitted against your coworkers. Training for the position was almost non-existent. Seniority within the department appeared to be more important than work output/quality.

Pros

Great if you're looking to work in an increasingly toxic environment where hope will slowly be drained from you, leaving you a withered husk of a person. There's also a ping-pong table.

Cons

Pretty much everything. Contrary to popular belief, Schneider didn't kill the company, it was already ready to die when it was purchased. Schneider just didn't bother acting until it was too late to salvage.
