No diversity in executive level and middle management Expectation is "do as I say, not as I do" Managers are not trained to retain employees Knowledgeable employees are used for projects then discarded and abandoned after projects end Years of employment within the company supersedes education and experience when hiring No career growth for mid level employees Company objectives change every 6 months; unstable Reactive rather than proactive mindset
