customer satisfaction and positive feedback. Team work is very high. Everyone is very friendly. The compamy promotes development thru education etc.

Cons

Listening and dealing with customer complaints. Sometimes there are quality issues which upsets customers. The staff is great is customer support but quality sometimes affects customer satisfaction.
