Good life/work balance, quality products, no extraordinary pressure from the management in terms of targets.

Cons

Account distribution totally not fair, benefits are significantly lower than competitors in the market, non stop organizational change since one schneider project, strong barriers between you and the management team, reorganization creating big question marks in the heads about the future.
