Pros

If you are just starting out in the industry Schneider Electric is a good place to start. Most departments have a teaching environment. The more experienced engineers will take time to explain things in detail to help you understand the job. Employee retention is good as well. There is a large number of employees with 10 or more years.

Cons

The pay is not competitive and not until recently Schneider did not recognize individuals for their hard work or going the extra mile. There are several areas, Application Engineering being one of them, within the company where the career path is very limited.

it is a Good pay master, Gives good exposure and lot of freedom to work with. It gives exposure even outside country

Cons

Pathetic employer for support functions, benefits are very less. also shows very improper communication. the top management is immature and not sincere about employees, they tries to create an aura of good things but in reality very less things are done. Not at all internal customer focus. I would call a huge fortune 400 organization but with absolutely zero process orientation
