big opportunities to deal with variety number of product based on merging. No strict on using a personal vacation

Cons

oooops, based on french,product. Relationship with high position is very important. most of manager based on product... doesn't understand system, no willingness to transform oneself. bunch of documentary work, all day long meeting, many number of manager but small number of staff. low salary

Work life balance, Global atmosphere, some projects give good work satisfactions. Long term for 50+ is good.

Cons

Rare onsite opportunities, Great CTC's but shocking pay checks, Monotonous, Politics, Very low exposure rate. Learning curve will die down very soon. No job satisfaction most of the time. What you have learn t in previous organisation, only is what you carry fwd, nothing much to learn. No Experts or mentors for guidance.
