      Good company, but no clear evolution plan.

      Pros

      Opportunities to use new technologies, learn about products and their phenomena. Freedom to decide for the best design.

      Cons

      Middle/Top Management teams are not clear enough to promote the company plans, this leads to have great uncertainty in employee's career plan. Executives are great defining the strategy according to the global environment but their staff is too poor executing and adapting to the change.

      Pros

      Its a company that cares about the environment and cares about its people and its willing to take youngsters and people with different backgrounds to leadership positions to make the difference.

      Cons

      A lot of politics (internal) involved to be visible for top management. Lots of unnecessary discussions make you get tired very rapidly.

      Pros

      Decent compensation. Flexible work environment. Average benefit package. Two choices for company vehicle/auto reimbursement plans. Not much else for positives.

      Cons

      Prevailing management culture is Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt. Fosters a culture of mistrust and paranoia. Middle managers micromanage and are very willing to throw employees under the bus. Tend to lose good employees to competition, while attracting the losers from them.
