Best work environment. Good Compensation. Employee Friendly. Employee Satisfaction increased by timely gifts and other perks. Work life balance is really good.

Cons

As This is a Energy Management Company and not a Hard core IT company,we may find not much Process layed out. HR Process still in nascent stage. Needs to stop outsourcing and give the Inhouse IT team an oppurtunity.
