      Pros

      I'm very grateful for the opportunity I received at Scopic. I had the privilege of working here for almost 6 years alongside so many talented, supportive, and amazing people. The company offers the chance to work on a wide variety of interesting projects, which keeps the work engaging and helps you grow professionally. Scopic is a great company with a collaborative environment, and I truly value the experience and knowledge I gained during my time here.

      Cons

      It's hard to even mention a downside when you get so much flexibility, the chance to work with great people, and the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects.

      Great company for everyone that it's looking for remote work positions

      + Being one of the very first companies to support remote jobs, the working hours are very flexible + The opportunity to work and share experiences with specialist from different domains located all over the globe + Being in the business for many years allows Scopic to have access on a diverse range of projects, with great opportunities to be part of something very interesting

      Cons

      + For persons that are not too much used with remote work, the adaption can be a little bit difficult

      My favourite web development company

      Pros

      Started as a Junior Web Developer in 2009, currently working as a Technical Lead / Senior Web Developer. Here's what I value most in ScopicSoftware: - Long term relationships. I know both employees and clients who work with the company for 8+ years (including myself). - Good quality of work. ScopicSoftware mostly focuses on complicated web projects including rich internet applications. It delivered many high quality products. - New Technologies. The company encourages developers to master new technologies and skills all the time, there's a special training program. - Friendly team. The company has a multi-cultural team, employees from 15+ countries. The vast majority of the team is very friendly and at the same time quite professional. Since the company is actively hiring there are always some exceptions though.

      Cons

      There are not many cons, here are three items which could be important for some: - Working from home. Personally for me it's quite comfortable, while I heard some employees had problems with it. - Different time zones. Since the company hires from many countries there could be a big difference in time for various team members. - No company meetings. There are only some rare cases when we'll gather for a big company meeting. It seems that some employees would prefer to have more frequent meetings.
