Salaried employees receive paid time off as part of their contracts, while those who have an hourly contract can request unpaid time off at their discretion. Remote work itself requires good time management skills, multitasking and the ability to prioritize tasks according to their urgency. Being a large software development company, we work on different projects simultaneously, thus require our employees to be able to work efficiently and effectively under strict deadlines.
