The senior leadership aren’t as in touch as they used to be. This is because the business has seen some significant change in the past few years and so their focus has been on this. Depending on how you like to work, this has made it feel more ‘business’ like instead of ‘family’ like (how it was when I first started).
There are also very few female technical leaders. I am confident this is not a business choice but a reflection of the hiring environment
