Pros

I have worked at SecureWorks for over 6 years and I would not want to work anywhere else. The culture here is fantastic and really feels like a family. Cyber-security is an exciting industry and it is great to be a global leader.

Cons

There is a continued increase in competition so it is important for us to grow smart in order to continue to be at the top of the industry

Good people all trying to do their jobs (for the most part). Talent in most departments is good. Exciting industry.

Cons

Executive motivation and infighting, silo and bunker mentality, and grudges are held (often unfounded grudges). Short memories for performance of team members, too much "what have you done for me this quarter?
