      Pros

      Management open door policy actively encouraged and well received. Everyone is a team player with commitment to providing support for one another. Great work-life culture, they shut down every year for the Christmas holidays.

      Cons

      Well, the only con I got is that they lost the contact i was working under, but not due to the service provided because most of the team migrated with it.

      Cutting edge software, amongst the smartest people you'll find outside of Google, good work/life balance, good benefits (as part of Dell)

      Cons

      Secureworks seems to be in a bit of a transition period, moving from a services company to a more product focused company, this isn't without bumps.
