Pros

The pay is decent although it's under the market avarage. You can usually combat that with Overtime, since they pay them well. They are not keen on Return to Office. The benefits are good, you get an yearly allowence to get certified in the field. They usually have good deals with the retailers near the office space. They also.have a good deal with some of the local atractions.

Cons

It's hard to navigate the corporate ladder. It's hard to get a rise other then a small yearly one. Sometimes, the needs of the managment and upper management are prioritized compared to the needs of the normal employees

Cons

Although the company had diversity hiring metrics. It was just on the service level. The company did not have a equitable work culture. The company recently had layoffs and has instability. The future of the company is not very promising

Great environment and people. Remote working available. They do not force the hybrid style. I went on site just 1 day a month

Cons

No real salary increase. What you negociate si what you get stuck with. People who get hired after you, for the same job but with less experience have a bigger starting salary.
