      Work life balance is top notch Exposure to cutting edge technology and incidents lots of smart people

      Cons

      Not inclusive unless you are ex military, or from CMU. No advancement opportunity unless you are a friend of an exec. Teams very siloed and no communication between them which leads to customer satisfaction issues. Teams are managed like military units.
