I don’t actually work for selfemployed.com, but I am indeed self-employed. Flexible schedules, no pesky middle management, can literally stop work to play videogames if I wanted to.

Cons

Pay is not a certainty, benefits are nonexistent, tax time kind of sucks, and if I make a mistake it’s all on me to fix it.
