Pros
The company is big and complex with good growth. Great management. Did very well during lockdown financially and also the working set up. Good package and collective labour negotiations take care of pay increase annually. A lot of great people in the headquarters to work with. New office is coming soon and will be a modern set up, free coffee, water, contribution towards lunch. Promotion depends very much on department but possible.
Cons
Many processes are outdated and need review. There is a lot of administrative work and the work load is high The company produces rubber which is per se bad for environment. Some sustainability initiatives are in place but nothing with a real focus on recycling.
