      Pros

      Collaborative and respectful work environment. Leadership empowers initiative and supports ideas. Transparent communication, and good work-life balance.

      Cons

      There are very few downsides to working here. If I had to mention one, it would be that the Sava insurance plan, while covering the basics, is not as strong as some other options I’ve experienced before.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for, offering all the benefits you'd expect from an international organization with consistently interesting projects and a genuinely useful product. The colleagues are incredibly supportive and friendly, fostering a positive work environment. You're provided with everything you need to effectively do your job and grow professionally, and the company also organizes really fun and engaging corporate events.

      Cons

      Sometimes the lack of in-person interaction with colleagues can be felt, as everyone is based in different countries, and there's still room for development in ensuring effective communication between different teams.
