      Pros

      For me, Semrush has been a perfect place to work. Maybe I’ve been lucky, but I truly feel grateful for working with my team and my manager. The key thing I appreciate about Semrush is the people. I’ve met dozens of talented, open, and friendly colleagues who have become real friends. As a lawyer, I’ve also had the chance to work on interesting projects and provide legal support for initiatives that helped me grow professionally. Semrush has become a big and meaningful part of my life, and I’m truly thankful for everything it has brought into my life.

The engineering culture is collaborative, supportive, and mature, with teams that truly care about delivering a solid user experience. Communication across departments is smooth, and there’s a noticeable willingness to experiment, improve processes, and try new approaches when it makes sense. Semrush invests in professional growth as well, providing the space and resources to stay current with tools, technologies, and best practices. Work-life balance is generally respected, and despite the fast-moving environment, the atmosphere remains friendly and down-to-earth. Like any growing company, there are occasional challenges with prioritization and coordination, but they are outweighed by the sense of ownership and the ability to contribute meaningfully to a product used by millions. Overall, Semrush is a great place for those who want to work in a dynamic environment where their expertise actually matters.
