I received a box supposedly containing personal belongings, at the bottom of which I found confidential documents. It was assumed that I would not notice them and would take them out of the office. Was consistently sandbagged by stakeholders when it came to projects. Even after escalation, things didn't change. Zero guidance from executive teams and senior leaders leaving everyone in limbo for the last few months. Was laid off without zero warning as the economy takes a downturn as numerous companies have laid off 1000's of employees. Was called a liar by HR when referencing severance packages from other companies. The severance package offered was nowhere near in line with other companies. Not even 10% of what's being offered by Hubpsot, Meta, etc. Yet, they brag about making hundreds of millions in revenue each year.
