      Growing pains but worth the risks

      Pros

      Each team supports each other and collaboration starts from your first day. Teams act like families and support each other. Unlimited drinks and a decent snack offering including special additional treats 3-4 days a week are helpful and a nice addition. great events for the company and teams put on their own events. training team is fantastic and always willing to help. coordination with Russian office has improved exponentially since I started.

      Cons

      pay is not very competitive. high turnover and we are never told why- employees are on edge at times. advancement paths aren't clear.

      Flexible working hours Great people Monthly activities Get the opportunity to take different risks The opportunity to collaborate with different departments Easy access to the CEO and Co-CEO Opportunity to grow as a professional with freedom to experiment In house training on software available for all employees regardless of department Good benefits package Strong company perks

      Salaries could be slightly more competitive Not a negative for all, but if you need clear direction and guidelines this environment may not be well suited

      Pros

      1. Lots of opportunities for career growth / career change and skill development 2. Great, down-to-earth people, exciting atmosphere, team-building activities 3. Life insurance, option to work from home (sometimes), a day off on your birthday, etc.

      Cons

      High turnover. Salary is okayish. Can get busy and stressful at times. Not for people who are not self-motivated and hard-working.
