      Pros

      I really have never experienced working in a company that would care about its employees so much. In SEMrush they take care of employees’ well-being, provide meaningful benefits and bonuses and definitely organize the best parties! But most importantly, they care about employees’ growth and development. In your work you are, in most aspects, your own boss and you are given space to work on the projects you are passionate about the way you want and see fit. It’s truly remarkable and I believe that is how an agile company should be.

      You get so used to being treated super well that you won’t be able to work anywhere else afterwards without downgrading a lot :D

      - SEMrush invests its employees and compensates them for their work. - Friendly atmosphere and multicultural team across all offices where it is hard to believe that you are actually at your workplace. - The company culture matters willing and able to help you advance your career and grow your skills.

      Pros

      * a lot of autonomy (even after a significant increase in size over the last years) - you will have plenty of opportunities to suggest and execute great ideas * lots of great professionals around you that you can learn from * very cosy and close-knit office in Prague * good benefits, Multisport coverage and breakfast to name the few

      Cons

      Really hard to add something here. Maybe because of the size it has become harder to see the impact of the actions of the individual or even a single team
