      Pros

      Amazing company with great values! The colleagues are also very smart and hard working. Love the flexibility of having control of your own career. Colleagues treat each other with full Respect and transparency.

      Cons

      Since ServiceNow gives you full flexibility to take your own career in your own hands there may be limited guidance on which direction you can grow within your current role. This is a pro and con depending how ambitious you are!

      Managers seem to actually care about work-life balance, encouraged to grow, feel appreciated as a team member. Excellent onboarding experience.

      Cons

      ServiceNow is sometimes too big to get quick answers to questions related to IT and HR, so it requires some patience -- however this is not in all cases.
