      Pay is ok and the benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Rampant cronyism and poor management. Working on the internal side of the tech organization is difficult due to the bias against non-South Asians. It’s one of the most non-innovative companies I’ve ever worked for and the amount of tech debt they have is an anchor around the neck
