      Shares are only pros. Previous leadership is good.

      Cons

      Too much politics in IDC. Lack of good leadership. Judgemental. Leadership has no visibility into your work. Managers have no tracking or technical visibility. Hard working people are not recognized. People with good network have growth. You will get lost if you don't have network. Promotions are complete bias and not based on your performance. Applicable for both development and QA. No salary growth. Stocks are saving heavy attrition. No Learning Opportunities . Only Politics and Show Offs.
