Pros

-Benefits are great (free healthcare, flexible PTO, some 401k matching) -Lots of hard working employees -The industry knowledge you will take away from this work is rewarding

Cons

-Management really can't figure it out and just keeps their friends around -Too many constant changes (with everything) -Salary. They might start you at what seems high but the "raises" you get don't even keep up with the economy so its not really a raise. I was fully tricked into thinking it was good money. -Upper management is very detached from the day to day and comes up with these plans to make it all work then just expect it all work. Once it doesn't, its all changed again. -Pretty much zero room for growth. If you do your job well, they just keep you in the same spot

Pros

Great pay and benefits (almost full coverage) Great onboarding experience. They really prepare you for the role Decent Tech Stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Tableau, choice of PC or Mac) Option to work remotely. (Offices in Glendale CA, Atlanta, Salt Lake City)

Cons

There is no opportunity for growth. There are multiple SDRs that have been in the position for over two years. Friction between AE teams and SDR teams. (How each team obtains quota almost goes against the other team.) Overinflated Sales Development org (Over 70 SDRs) with not enough quality leads for everyone and leads have been recycled through too many times to the point prospects feel as if they’re getting harassed

- If you have or plan on having a family. - Good snacks. - Nice office views. - Strong internet connection.

Cons

How many of you have ever felt personally victimized by Regina George? - Behavior of certain employees is shockingly rude and entitled. The internal support team can be treated poorly and often taken advantage of as if they were personal assistants for every C-level, or C-level friend. - A HUGE investment of time, money, and resources (unqualified) dedicated to poorly designed offices that sit unoccupied. Multiple architecture firms, start/stops, change orders and 'payments to friends of the family'. - There is a prevalent issue of nepotism and favoritism in every department. Many individuals speak confidently despite having little to no experience in the topics they discuss, kneecapping the true professionals in the room. - Absent leadership (directors+) has created a divide between employees and executives. Leadership intentionally keeps their blinders on, ignoring the burnout their teams face. - Pay is abysmal. Embarrassed by what my team was making when I started. Worked my tail off to get them to where they should have been the whole time. Raises and promotions were about as nebulous as the review rubric managers were forced to fill out quarterly. And whatever you do- don't question your own pay. You will be targeted. - Unlimited time off is a farce. So busy, you will drown if you go on vacation and when you do you are still getting slacks, emails, calls, and texts to solve everyone else's issues. When you try to true up going out, they pull the "use it or lose it" BS policy. - After leaving I found myself seeking professional help. ServiceTitan left me burnt out and less than when I started.
