Salary and benefits were great, perks were nice,

Cons

Fighting to hit quota, over saturated amount of SDRs, more sales rep does not mean more sales, new cohorts literally every month with new employees, employee turnover rate is crazy

Pros

Company has good culture and diverse leadership. A great team with a solid and clear purpose. Very transparent about their plans overall good people running this business. Challenging role

Cons

The product is constantly changing and its a bit hard as a csm to keep up with product enhancements. Training system feels like we are in college. There is TONS of learning in this role and the information or "truth" is constantly changing.
