Pros

The product is great! One thing about ST is that they put a lot of care and thought into their product. They’re always looking to innovate. The culture is great too - Remote first and for the most part everyone is friendly.

Cons

The relationship between the AE and SDR teams could be better. SDRs have meetings with high level personas DQ’d due to not being part of the short list of personas to go after.

Process is non-existent and CS has become a dumping ground with no support. Pay is not comparable to market and well below value/workload of the role
