the managers are absolutely horrible here especially one of them. Really wish I could name him to warn others but it doesn't let me on here. Starts with a b though. He is very very fake and acts like hes cool with you and is your friend but all he really cares about is moving up the chain of command. The second that he gets a chance to stab you in the back he will no matter what he tells you. The culture here looks amazing with the big zooms with thousands of people on it but at the end of the day im sure there are other people that are fake like him. Im sure there are good people there also , but people like him are a cancer and inject an entire company with their disease of being non genuine, aggressive, demeaning, and sarcastic and that is not something you want at any company. The owners probably dont see a problem with him because he does what they say and to them if hes bringing in a certain amount of revenue they dont really look into it, but 100% this is not the kind of manager you want at any company because it is a domino effect and effects the culture of everyone. Ive worked a bunch of SaaS companies and because of people like him this is probably the worst culture out of every company
I have worked for, My advice is to look elsewhere and look at another SaaS company where you will not only make more money , but you will also be treated with respect by genuine people that actually look at you as a human instead of disrespecting you and mistreating you on a regular basis like him.
