Pros

Amazing company that cares about it's employees and it's customers. Flexible schedule, ability to work remotely (I live in Indiana) or in the office (3 locations in the US), fantastic benefits, perks that are unheard of, open door policy to anyone in the company, growth potential, promotions from within, competitive salary. The Sales Organization has the best managers, team spirit, supportive, encouraging, always there to lend a hand when you need help or a pick me up. I am so proud to be a Titan!!!

Cons

being a remote employee, I sometimes miss the "office" atmosphere but the ability to zoom helps so much.

Cons

In 2018, not many work from home opportunities but still there was room to work from home if sick. Pace of customer inquiries was quite high and could be stressful
