-Progressive Work Environment -Flexible Time Off -Catered Lunch -Team oriented co-workers

Cons

In 2018, not many work from home opportunities but still there was room to work from home if sick. Pace of customer inquiries was quite high and could be stressful

Pros

Great learning path for beginners. Awesome people to work with. Good benefits and pay.

Cons

Unobtainable quota more aggressive since having investors down their necks. Too much focus on quantity of dials rather than quality of conversations with prospects. Management tries but often is very disorganized. High turn over rate. High stress - if you miss quota one month your out if you are not pacing to quota the next. Sad to see so much wasted talent.
