-Competitive salary with great benefits (401k match, free health insurance, unlimited PTO, etc) -Employees are friendly -ERG and team events are fun

Cons

-They will churn people out without providing a reason -Unclear career pathing -Political -Provide stock options that you have to spend your own money on -No work-life balance (people are unable to remove themselves from work on their PTO or off-hours)
