-Cultures pretty good, people are helpful for the most part. -Good place to start your career if you have no experience.

Cons

-Impossible quotas -When you inevitably dont hit your qouta your out (no job security). -low pay and high expectations. -burnout is unavoidable. -they are okay with having a 3-4 month turnover rate with SDRs. -managenent knows you probably wont be there long so the general consensus is just to work you to death while you're there before you leave.

Cons

Pay isn't worth what they ask for. They hire someone with a pulse. Burn you out and then get rid of you when they don't need you anymore.
