Pros

Flex PTO, Can build your own schedule

Cons

-You will be a CSM, a Trainer, a Support Agent, as well as play a number of other roles that are not very well-defined. -The book of business per CSM makes it very hard to focus on each Account you own -Customers can become escalated quickly if they don't get the help they need in the timeframe they expect, due to CSM's being overloaded -Lots of turnover in the department

Pros

Good work environment, company seems to care about a lot of causes, training and communication/transparency about the company targets to employees is great

Cons

The company seems to have too many layers, and feedback from others only seems to come through 'official channels'. There is a big disconnect in terms of teamwork between teams.
