The people and the culture are fun and energetic. They are really big on celebrating and shouting out great work. Many ways to recognize your colleagues . This is, by far, the best company I have ever worked for. The founders seem very connected to all aspects of the business and make an effort to be as transparent as possible. The energy is high and I can be myself. There is a high expectation for performance but the support you received is amazing. Because of the amazing benifits, you can tell they care a lot about their employees. I love working here.
Cons
This is the most challenging job I have ever had and at times can be a little overwhelming. Because of the challenges, you may be helping a user for multiple hours to solve an issue.
