As cliche as it sounds, you can’t find better colleagues anywhere else. I’ve worked at multiple jobs (private & public) and the people here are exceptional. I personally have found a great work life balance. Good pay, a huge selection of benefits. Ability to work fully remote.

Cons

Honestly, none that I can think of.

Some of the nicest most collaborative people I’ve ever worked with. No egos involved and always super willing to problem solve internally.

Cons

The product is very complex so there is a lot to learn and be a subject matter expert on. Very demanding book of business size given the scope.
