Great company leadership (transparent, committed, and ethical) culture that trickled down fairly consistently throughout the org, meaningful company mission (at least for me).

Cons

Limited pay (but understandable given company stage), somewhat unclear role growth paths (but again, understandable given company stage). If you're joining a mid-late-state startup, you've gotta except these things.
