Pros
1) Friendly people, very nice co-workers; 2) Work life balance; 3) Working pace is good, value quality and delibration; 4) Siemens PLM Software (formerly UGS) may not always come out with latest and greatest features, but its software is quite solid.
Cons
1) The ownership changes in recent years (EDS to Private equity to Siemens); 2) Need to come up with better CAD product/strategy to compete;
