The amount of PTO is good.
Cons
Virtually no hope for advancement. Training opportunities are virtually useless. Employees are trapped in very small areas of expertise, which effectively traps you at the company with no skills growth to offer another employer. Raises that can't outpace inflation essentially amount to pay decreases. 3 out of the past 6 years have resulted in no raise at all, despite high company profits and good performance reviews. Current salary is so far below next position (30%) that a promotion is inconceivable.
