How would I describe my time at Siemens PLM, now Digital Industries... DISORGANIZED! As part of the sales organization you will not only have to compete with competitor company sales reps, but also your own colleagues. This company does not do a good job delegating responsibilities, dividing territories, or establishing protocols. At times you may have yourself and 6-8 other sales reps from Siemens or their partners all bombarding the same customer/prospect with calls and emails. All in an attempt to peddle overpriced, redundant, overly complex software solutions that in turn are designed to eliminate jobs from human beings. My advice, look elsewhere if you're searching for an opportunity with growth potential. This company has little to no career guidance, but if you find yourself towards the end of your working career and just want to find a place to coast into retirement, you've come to the right place!!!!!!!

1. People are here since edges and they don't want to learn or do anything new 2. Processes are pathetic, Agile and scrums are not being followed properly 3. Very slow ,stagnant, and dull work culture . You wont feel to go to office on Monday morning
